Job summary

ExpertCare is looking for reliable and compassionate therapists to work 1:1 with children in their homes in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help children with important daily activities, ensuring safety and engagement during visits.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) by the State of Michigan.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Reliable, adaptable with strong personal responsibility.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and observation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in clients' homes under supervision as appropriate.
• Support, encourage and assist children with daily activities.
• Collaborate with families and care teams for progress.
• Maintain professionalism and safety during visits.
