Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations across New Jersey. This entry-level role offers paid training and a flexible pathway into the ABA field, ideal for students or those exploring psychology-related careers.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and you will work under supervision as you gain hands-on experience delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data using electronic devices with accuracy.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment outcomes.

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
