Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide one-on-one home health care across shifts in Pennsylvania. You’ll deliver care in patients’ homes, collaborate with families, and use AlayaCare for electronic charting.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes.
• Coordinate with families and care teams for optimal outcomes.
• Document care using AlayaCare and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Support adult and pediatric patients, including high-acuity cases.

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Many of our clients require advanced care, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. So, if you have high-tech experience, we’d love to speak with you! If not, we offer paid self-directed and tailored training to nurses to advance your skills to the next level.

Available Nursing Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight
