Job summary

Fusion Academy is seeking a Music Teacher to deliver fully personalized, 1-on-1 instruction for students in grades 5–12. You’ll design creative lessons, adapt to each learner’s needs, and mentor social-emotional growth while collaborating with colleagues.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree, ability to teach diverse music subjects (recording arts, theory, vocals, etc.), and experience with modern DAWs. Campus life involvement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or teaching credentials are a plus.
• Ability to teach a wide range of music courses with provided curriculum.
• Experience with contemporary recording and music production tools.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a personalized, one-on-one setting with each student.
• Adapt lessons and assessments to meet diverse learner needs.
• Mentor students and support social-emotional growth.
• Build partnerships with parents and guardians to support student progress.
