Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 private duty care throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities. You will provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in the home, with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support from BAYADA.

We offer $26–$30/hour with weekly pay and a variety of shifts, including full-time, part-time, and PRN. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and ongoing mentorship within a supportive BAYADA team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in the client’s home.
• Deliver 1:1 private duty nursing to a single patient per shift.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinical support and the patient’s family to ensure quality care.
