Job summary

Interim HealthCare Westside Indianapolis seeks a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 care for an adult female client in a home-based setting. The role emphasizes clinical support and a friendly, dependable presence in daily life.

The LPN will work Monday–Friday, 8–4 or 9–5, with no weekends or on-call, and will deliver one-on-one patient care with a focus on comfort and dignity. Current Indiana LPN license and CPR/BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program and active LPN/LVN license in Indiana.
• CPR/BLS/First Aid certification required.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate 1:1 patient care as assigned.
• Support daily activities and clinical needs of an adult female patient.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety during care visits.
