Job summary
Visiting Angels Yakima is seeking experienced HCAs and CNAs to join our award-winning team. Our Angels provide compassionate 1-on-1 care for clients in their own homes in Yakima, WA. We offer full- and part-time positions with flexible schedules and a strong focus on reliability and trust.
Competitive pay from $20 to $23 per hour, plus bonuses, PTO, benefits, and opportunities for continuing education. Must have WA CNA or HCA license, pass background checks, and have reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Active CNA or HCA license in Washington state.
- Willingness to work weekends when needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check.
- Must be able to read, write and follow directions in English.
- US work authorization is mandatory.
- Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for the client.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide pleasant and supportive companionship.
- Assist client with mobility (appointments, walks, etc).
- Assist client with errands and shopping.
- Assist client with limited personal care and hygiene.
- Proven experience as a caregiver.
- Other duties as assigned.
