OOS Management Corp. is seeking a reliable BT/RBT for in-home, 1:1 behavioral support in Port Chester. The role targets a verbal 7-year-old with moderate needs and significant behavioral challenges.

The position offers part-time hours (25 per week) with sessions after 3:30 PM and potential premium pay. As a clinical, patient-focused professional, you will follow treatment plans, collect precise data, and collaborate with the clinical team to support progress and safety in home settings.

Formación

• BT/RBT credential required or actively pursuing
• Must demonstrate calm, professional demeanor in challenging sessions
• Strong data collection and accurate documentation
• Ability to follow treatment plan and adjust within role

Responsabilidades

• Conduct 1:1 in-home sessions with a verbal 7-year-old boy
• Accurately observe, record, and report behavior as per clinical plan
• Maintain safety and rapport while implementing behavior plans
• Communicate progress and deviations to the clinical team
• Remain calm, flexible, and patient when plans change
