Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking skilled 1:1 home health nursing to provide care in patients' homes. You will work in a manageable pace with consistent assignments and build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, educate families on care plans and medications, and document care while collaborating with care teams and clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.
