RPMGlobal is seeking a Dedicated Homecare Nurse to deliver one-on-one nursing services in patients' homes across the Charlotte area. The role emphasizes safe, compassionate care for adults and children with complex medical needs, including nutritional support and medications, while maintaining accurate documentation on a tablet.

The position requires an active LPN/RN license in NC (or compact state) and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of recent LPN/RN experience.

Competenze

• Active license to practice as LPN or RN in NC or compact state.
• CPR certification required (in-person or hybrid).
• 1 year of LPN/RN experience within last 3 years or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete relias assessments and pass drug screen/background check.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing services in patients' homes.
• Administer G-tube feedings and medications.
• Monitor seizures and provide care as needed.
• Assist with daily activities and comfort.
• Document care on a provided tablet.
• May include Trach-Vent care and IV infusions.
