Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking skilled Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes across Kentucky. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles are available, with day, evening, and overnight shifts depending on assignment and service area.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates appropriately.
