Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Dubuque, IA is seeking an RN to deliver skilled 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes. You will work a Day Shift with a manageable pace, consistent assignments, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Applicants must hold an active RN license and current BLS certification. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with weekly pay at $38–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
