Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed RN to deliver one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes. You will provide skilled nursing, monitor conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with families and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health or pediatric/adult care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patients home.

• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates to the team.
