Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a passionate Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Vienna, WV. Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care.
• Administer medications and document nursing actions.
• Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician's instructions.
