Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license without encumbrances.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under supervision of an RN.
• Perform patient assessments and assist in care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to RN.
• Document care using AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
