ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is hiring reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing encouragement and skill-building activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Must be 18+ and pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in clients' homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients on community outings to support personal goals.
• Follow prescribed care plans and document progress.
