You will provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, support care plans, document in the medical record, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with day, evening, and overnight options, plus weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
