Brightmont Academy is seeking a Part-Time Elementary Teacher to deliver personalized one-to-one instruction to students in grades 1–12. The role features a flexible schedule and a pay range of $20-$23 per hour, with no lesson planning or outside work required.

Based in Chandler, AZ, this position focuses on engaging individual students, promoting mastery, and supporting families through a nurturing learning environment. Prior teaching experience and a genuine passion for education are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in your subject area
• Patience & empathy to support diverse learners
• Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS)

Responsibilities

• Teach students one-to-one in a 1:1 setting
• Tailor lessons to each student’s needs and learning style
• Support student progress with a calm, encouraging approach
