Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in their homes, helping with daily activities, encouraging skill-building, and promoting independence.

You will accompany clients into the community to advance personal goals outside the home, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles, paid training, and a welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
