Job summary

Family of Kidz in Suffolk County, NY is seeking a Behavior Technician for school-based settings. You will work with a Behavior Consultant supervisor to collect data and support students with autism.

Hours vary by district; compensation is $22-$28 per hour. This part-time role offers opportunities for RBT/BCBA supervision, professional development and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months ABA work with children/adolescents in supervised settings.
• Current enrollment or completion of an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving mindset.
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Work collaboratively with a Behavior Consultant clinical supervisor to collect data.
• Respond to the goals, needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors, on an individualized basis and in a professional manner.
• Goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information regarding clients and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
