Job summary

Orange Branch Therapy in New York is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings, under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, help build communication and life skills, and collect session data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team.
• Maintain timely and professional documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
