Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in Castle Hills Lewisville, TX seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join our compassionate team.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implement treatment plans from a BCBA, and track progress while supporting families.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with competitive pay, health benefits, PTO and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids preferred.
• Good communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities
