LeafWing Center in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician for part-time ABA therapy. You will deliver 1:1 sessions under BCBA supervision across home, clinic, school, and community settings, focusing on reducing challenging behaviors while developing communication and daily living skills.

Requirements include a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to client locations. Prior ABA experience is preferred and RBT certification support is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' locations.
• Previous experience working in ABA or with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Paid training, professional development, and RBT certification support are provided.
• Health Insurance (Dental, Vision, Medical) and Retirement plan available.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client behavior for the programs being implemented.
• Submit daily session notes and data in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and team members.
