Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and work closely with families to support progress and behavior goals.

The role emphasizes a safe, engaging therapy environment and collaboration with a dedicated team to help each child reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
