Your Role As a Store Manager
  1. Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
  2. Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing operations, managing budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
  3. Protect customers, staff, and assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
  4. Maintain a well-presented store environment.
Qualifications To Be a Store Manager
  1. At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  2. Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  3. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  4. Self-starter with a passion for learning and developing staff and customers.
  5. Must be 18 or older.
  6. Passion for hair and beauty.

Legal and Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally use a ladder, and work around fumes or odors. Physical exertion such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting is required. May involve exposure to irritants.
