Your Role as a Store Manager

• Oversee the customer experience, ensuring each visitor receives an unforgettable, custom‑fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Manage talent, inspire your team, and lead the store to achieve or exceed sales goals by maintaining the budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Ensure the store complies with safety and security rules, company policies, and protects customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain store appearance and overall presentation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self‑starter with a continuous learning mindset and dedication to developing store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
