Job summary

Right at Home UK in Austin, TX, seeks caring PCAs for North/South/West Austin and surrounding areas. Flexible part-time scheduling with a $500 hiring bonus for new caregivers in Austin & Marble Falls. Base pay $15–$18/hour, with weekly pay. Must be willing to drive to client homes and provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping and personal care.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care is preferred.

Schedule: Part time (Flexible schedules)

Base pay: $15 - $18 an hour

Special requirements: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client’s home.

A Personal Care Attendant duties:

• Drive to and from appointments.
• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
