Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Salem, NH to deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will guide customers through beauty products, enroll them in loyalty programs, and process transactions with accuracy.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule, opportunities to learn product knowledge, and a supportive team focused on growth, discounts, and samples. You will help highlight promotions and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements:

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
