Job summary

Cosmoprof Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate in Charleston to build relationships, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

You will inform customers about promotions, enroll them in our Loyalty program, and ensure accurate transactions while maintaining a polished store appearance. Training on product knowledge will empower you to assist customers confidently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must 18 years of age or older
• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
