Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate in Norwich, CT. You will guide customers through their beauty purchases, share product knowledge, and promote promotions while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

You will build relationships, suggest complementary products, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and process transactions efficiently. The role emphasizes a friendly, informative approach and supports diverse scheduling options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly and concisely.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.
• Able to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

COSMOPROF SALES ASSOCIATE:

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Must 18 years of age or older


• 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred


• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business


• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner


• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service


• Can read and explain product labels


• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Legal wants you to know:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.


• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
