Job summary

Nucor in Camp Hill, PA seeks a CNC Lathe Operator to join our second shift team. You will safely follow procedures, set tools, change programs, and handle overhead cranes in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and CNC experience; CNC programming and pipe threading experience are preferred. You will contribute to production schedules while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.

Role Description

We are seeking a qualified applicant for the position of CNC Lathe Operator. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Change programs and set tools as needed
• Operate overhead cranes and material handlers
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling materials
• Working in a fast-paced and very physically demanding role
• Working in multiple roles with teammates on time sensitive deadlines
• Maintaining inventory counts
• Operating basic hand tools
• Schedule flexibility

This role pays $24.00 - $26.00 /hour.

There are three (3) openings on the second shift (Mon – Fri) (2:00 pm – 11:00 pm).
