Job Description

SALLY STORE MANAGER:

Your Role as a Store Manager

1. Customer Experience: Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience with personalized hair and beauty solutions.
2. Sales and Operations: Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and inventory management.
3. Safety and Security: Protect customers, staff, and assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
4. Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, attractive store environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial, and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Legal and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Physical exertion including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment and chemicals.
