Your Role As a Store Manager
  1. Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience, providing customized hair and beauty solutions.
  2. Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
  3. Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  4. Maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness.

Requirements

Qualifications for the Store Manager include:

  • At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
  • Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
  • May be exposed to fumes and odors.
  • Physical exertion includes standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
