Valua Partners seeks a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A, reporting, and strategic finance work across a portfolio of clients. You will build models, improve forecasting, produce board materials, and deliver analyses that help leadership teams make faster, better decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FP&A, transaction services, consulting, banking, or corporate finance.
• Explain financial results to non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and defensible work.
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau, SQL, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar systems.
• Exposure to multi-entity structures, cross-border reporting, or treasury/cash planning.
• Progress toward CFA/CPA (or equivalent training).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monthly reporting packs (KPIs, trends, variance analysis, commentary).
• Support budgeting, reforecasting, and scenario planning (base / upside / downside).
• Create dashboards and clear executive visuals for leadership and board audiences.
• Build 3-statement models, cash forecasts, and unit economics analyses.
• Perform pricing, margin, and profitability analysis across products/regions/entities.
• Support fundraising, lender reporting, and ad-hoc strategic analyses as needed.
• Improve data quality and reporting cadence by tightening inputs and workflows.
• Help streamline reporting processes (templates, automation, consistency checks).
• Partner with accounting/ops teams to ensure numbers tie out and tell the truth.
