Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic, team-based retail environment. You will drive customer experience, coach staff, and ensure the store delivers on sales and service goals.

With 3+ years in retail and at least 1 year in sales leadership, you will manage budgets, inventory, and safety. Cosmetology license is a plus. We offer discounts, growth, and a path to development.

• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.

Requirements

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
