Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the hotel boat in accordance with Peninsula Standards and marine safety procedures.

  • Maintain complete knowledge of hotel policies, LQA and FORBES standards, and ensure consistent service excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with Security, Housekeeping, and Engineering to maintain the boat’s condition and cleanliness.

  • Ensure the boat is inspected daily and that all maintenance issues are promptly reported and documented.

  • Stay alert and responsive to weather conditions, guest safety, and nearby marine traffic.

  • Keep detailed logbook entries of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.

  • Carry out duties and requests as assigned by Hotel Management.

  • Immediately report any mechanical or engine-related issues to the Chief Concierge and relevant departments.

General Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment or marine service.

  • Strong understanding of marine operations and safety procedures.

  • Highly responsible, attentive, and calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.

  • Committed to The Peninsula’s Environmental and Food Safety Management standards.
