Job summary

MSD Türkiye is seeking a Value Demonstration, Affordability & Strategic Pricing Manager who will lead evidence generation, affordability initiatives, and strategic pricing to expand patient access and maximize the value of innovative medicines in Türkiye.

The role requires health economics expertise, in-depth knowledge of the Turkish healthcare system, and collaboration across Market Access, Medical, Policy, and Global teams. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in medicine, pharmacy, economics or statistics with knowledge of Turkish healthcare system and health economics methodology.
• 5–8 years of healthcare/pharma experience in business, academia or government.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and analyze complex data.

Responsibilities

• Lead value demonstration, affordability, and pricing strategies to support market access and reimbursement objectives.
• Develop and leverage health economic evidence, budget impact analyses, and value communication materials.
• Support pricing decisions, reimbursement submissions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Partner with Market Access, Medical, Policy, and Global teams to shape sustainable access strategies.
• Monitor policy, HTA, pricing, and reimbursement landscape and provide actionable insights.
