Job summary

KPMG Türkiye, part of the global KPMG network, is seeking a Business Valuation Associate for its Advisory team in Istanbul. The role focuses on building financial and valuation models, analyzing KPIs, and presenting project results to senior team members and clients.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (MSc preferred in Finance), 2–3 years in related fields, strong English, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, MSc preferred, with a Finance concentration.
• Minimum 2–3 years in audit, corporate finance, valuation or related.
• Financial modeling skills and analytical expertise.
• Strong research and financial analysis abilities.
• CFA candidacy is a plus.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent command of English and communication skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create financial and valuation models using external sources.
• Analyze financials, identify KPIs across sectors.
• Challenge complex business plan models with insights.
• Present results and negotiate project outcomes with clients.
• Draft reports for senior team members and support client decks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; preferably an MSc degree from an accredited college/university, with a Finance concentration,
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in audit, corporate finance, business valuation or related experience,
• Financial modeling skills and analytical expertise,
• Strong research and financial analysis skills,

Job Description

• Creating financial and valuation models utilizing external sources,

• Presentation skills in pitching and negotiating the project results as well as documentation capabilities,
• Drafting reports to senior members of the team and participating in development of Client presentations.
