Job summary

KPMG Türkiye is seeking a Business Valuation Associate within its Deal Advisory team to support financial modeling, valuation work, and client deliverables in a dynamic, international environment.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (MBA/MSc Finance preferred), 2–3 years in audit or corporate finance, strong MS Office skills, fluent English, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a national practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MSc preferred with Finance concentration.
• 2–3 years in audit, corporate finance, or valuation.
• Strong MS Office, English, and analytical skills.
• CFA candidacy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; preferably an MSc degree from an accredited college/university, with a Finance concentration,
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in audit, corporate finance, business valuation or related experience,
• Financial modeling skills and analytical expertise,
• Strong research and financial analysis skills,
• CFA candidacy and different financial skill sets would be a plus,
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Excellent command of English,
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills,
• High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication and attention to detail,
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn,
• Ability to work independently and support team initiatives throughout the national practice.
