So, what Are the Responsibilities of a Used Car Purchasing Responsible – Samsun at Otokoç Otomotiv?

• Ensuring the supply of used cars suitable for sale through offline and online channels of Otokoç 2. El,
• Scanning relevant databases to identify vehicles for sale by end users within the assigned purchasing region, maximizing C2B (consumer-to-business) acquisitions, and contributing to stock diversity,
• Managing the sales process of end users who wish to sell their vehicles within the assigned region, either directly or through the nearest Otokoç Ford / Otokoç Fiat branch, and ensuring excellence in purchasing operations,
• Visiting corporate companies/rent-a-car businesses that can sell multiple vehicles or that own their own fleets, and securing bulk used car procurement based on their listings,
• Managing the pricing process across different models, model years, and vehicle types; determining optimal price levels; and establishing an effective working method in coordination with the pricing team,
• Closely following up on leads received through the Otokoç valuation module, tracking appointments, and ensuring conversion into purchases,
• Analyzing vehicle condition based on inspection reports and making accurate purchasing decisions,
• Monitoring operational processes for vehicles acquired from end users, including payment, notary transactions and stock entry,
• Ensuring strong multi-channel market presence and representing Otokoç Otomotiv at the highest level.

What Qualifications Are Required?

• Bachelor’s degree from the Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering,
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in used car sales or purchasing, or in retail new car sales,
• Possessing an analytical and solution-oriented mindset,
• Proficiency in English,
• Strong command of MS Office programs,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Adopting a customer-oriented approach to work.
