Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks a Mid-Level Visual, UI/UX & Graphic Designer to craft pixel-perfect UI graphics, dashboards, posters, and brand collateral for digital products and print media.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing to translate briefs into cohesive visual experiences, applying typography, grids and color theory, with potential AI-assisted workflow support to accelerate iterations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, HCI or related field.
• 2+ to 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or UI/UX Designer on digital products and visual media.
• Strong foundation in UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, grids and layout composition.
• Proficiency in core design software: Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience producing digital software assets (UI graphics, icons, design system assets) and graphic/print materials (posters, banners).
• Understanding of asset prep (SVG export, DPI/PPI, raster vs vector) and developer handoff standards.
• Strong portfolio showing clean layouts, UI design work and production-ready visuals.
• Professional written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Mid-Level Visual, UI/UX & Graphic Designer with strong core fundamentals in digital product visual design, brand collateral, and graphic layouts. In this role, you will design, iterate, and produce high-quality visual assets—ranging from software UI components and dashboard elements to promotional posters, marketing banners, and corporate graphic materials.

This role sits at the intersection of user interface aesthetics and creative graphic design. You will turn product requirements and visual briefs into clean, pixel-perfect, and functional designs across digital platforms and print media. While deep mastery of traditional design principles (layout, typography, color theory, grid systems) is your primary strength, familiarity with modern AI-driven visual tools is a valuable plus to enhance your creative workflow. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, marketing teams, and content creators to build cohesive visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX & Software Graphic Asset Design: Create pixel-perfect UI graphics, dashboard components, icons, onboarding illustrations, and visual elements for mobile, web, and desktop application interfaces.
• Poster, Brand & Marketing Collateral Production: Design high-impact digital and print posters, event branding, promotional banners, technical infographics, and presentation decks.
• Maintain Visual Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly align with corporate brand guidelines, product design systems, and established aesthetic standards.
• Production Design & Asset Handoff: Prepare clean, scalable, and fully organized assets (SVG, vector, high-res layouts) optimized for engineering handoff, web delivery, or print prepress.
• Design Iteration & Prototyping: Rapidly turn wireframes, user stories, or rough creative briefs into polished visual mockups and layout concepts.
• Optional AI-Assisted Workflow Integration: Leverage modern AI visual tools where applicable to speed up concept exploration, background generation, or asset variation tasks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with product leads, software engineers, and marketing specialists to refine visual briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver assets on schedule.

Qualifications

Required

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related visual field.
• 2+ to 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or UI/UX Designer working on digital products and visual media.
• Strong, practical foundation in UI/UX principles, user interface aesthetics, visual hierarchy, layout composition, grid systems, typography, and color theory.
• High proficiency in core industry design software: Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven experience producing both digital software assets (UI graphics, icons, design system assets) and graphic/print materials (posters, banners, presentation materials).
• Solid understanding of digital asset prep (vector vs. raster, SVG export specs, DPI/PPI settings) and developer asset handoff standards.
• A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating clean graphic layout execution, UI design work, and production-ready visual collateral.
• Professional written and spoken communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Practical knowledge or curiosity regarding Generative AI visual tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Photoshop Generative Fill, FLUX) to support visual brainstorming or image generation workflows.
• Basic understanding of front-end UI implementation constraints (CSS/HTML layout principles, SVG animation/manipulation).
• Experience with light motion design, micro-interactions, or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or modern video tools).
• Previous experience creating visual graphics for software products, developer tools, or technology platforms.
