UABOS Turkey: Vehicle Management Superintendent
KBR will sustain the operational well-being of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base (Spain), Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, and various facilities in Turkey. Our services encompass program management, civil engineering, morale and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. With a five-year base period and three one-year options, KBR ensures these bases operate smoothly, allowing deployed personnel to focus on mission execution.
As a Vehicle Management Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle management processes while upholding regulatory compliance and safety standards. Serve as the base technical advisor and point of contact for all vehicle maintenance and management matters and attend all applicable meetings. Ensure vehicle management operations, government motor vehicles (GMV) and equipment are managed and maintained in accordance with all applicable references. From overseeing equipment calibration and certification under the Test, Measurement, & Diagnostic Equipment program (TMDE), your responsibilities will span across various facets of the operation. You will enforce good shop housekeeping practices, and correct deficiencies IAW host nation laws, DoD standards, and applicable Air Force and Performance Works Standards (PWS). Must control and ensure all areas inside the Vehicle Maintenance compound/yard are managed and maintained properly. Must have the ability to promote safety and quality awareness within the department and promote teamwork. Additionally, you'll lead comprehensive training programs to ensure employees are proficient in using and maintaining shop machinery and equipment.
