A leading beverage company based in Istanbul is seeking a Territory Field Sales Manager to lead the Merchandising Team and ensure perfect store standards in various key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FMCG sector, with strong leadership and analytical skills. The role involves a significant amount of travel (70-80%) and requires excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Territory Field Sales Manager is responsible to lead Merchandising Team to develop perfect store standards in National Key Accounts, Local Key Accounts and Gas Station Supermarkets in responsible region. The Territory Field Sales Manager will be directly reporting to National Field Sales Manager.
