Job description

We are a technical recruitment agency seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our cross-functional team. The role involves hiring for top-tier tech companies across the EU, USA, and Scandinavia regions.

We desire a driven, autonomous individual with advanced analytical skills to help us hire A-players and deliver a first-class customer experience. The successful candidate will innovate, drive, and deliver effective hiring solutions, seeking opportunities for process improvements.

This is a commission-based only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on recruitment success. You will earn a commission for each successful hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
  • Craft and send recruiting emails
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
  • Develop talent pipelines
  • Request referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Coordinate interview processes with candidates and panels
  • Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants
  • Work with leadership to understand hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate candidate lifecycle processes

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.)
  • Experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Experience from a recruitment agency is beneficial
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • B2+ English proficiency
  • Availability to work at least 4 hours per day
