Responsibilities

• Analyzing of R&D oriented projects of companies and reporting
• Preparing of the progress reports for the R&D projects
• Literatur/patent research for the projects carried out in R&D Center
• Preparing R&D Center Annual Report for the Ministry of Industry and Technology
• Preparing all application processes/documentations of Ministry of Industry and Technology, Tubitak etc.
• Applying for Tubitak projects and following progress processes after acceptance
• Fictionalizing the projects according to application form and monitoring the process.
• Monthly managing the incentive mechanism of R&D Center with Finance Department
• Develop and execute strategies in university-industry collaboration

Qualifications

• Hold at least Bachelors degree in engineering (Computer, Information Technologies, Electric&Electronic , Industrial Engineering), MSc degree is plus.
• Minumum 5 years experiences in R&D Project & Process Management, Tübitak Projects or technology related areas
• Has a project management acumen with a technical background
• Ability to solve problems and has a time management
• Self-driven, responsible and able to take ownership of R&D projects
• Good personel skills both in written and verbal communication
• Good analytical skill and mindset
