Job summary

EPAM Systems in Turkey is looking for a Java / Node.js Development Team Lead to provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. This role involves conducting code reviews, developing features with a focus on best practices, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Java 8, SAP, and microservice architecture, with a proficiency in Agile methodologies. A good level of English (B2 or higher) is also required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Java 8 RESTful architecture expertise, including JAX-RS.
• Flexibility to use JPA and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in design principles and competency in microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Work experience with SAP Business Technology Platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct code reviews and develop features ensuring clean code.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs.
• Write technical and user documentation.
• Collaborate with customers on technical topics.
