What You'll Be Doing?

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of Technology, Data and Product positions
  • Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop, gain commitment and implement a Technology related Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Use your sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent
  • Have solid understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, behavior based interviewing and closing
  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels, including hiring managers, to drive hiring goals
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment
  • Bring new ideas to the table - challenge the status quo!

What You'll Bring?

  • Able to work with a fair degree of autonomy across multiple responsibilities and demonstrate tremendous initiative and sense of personal accountability, while remaining a team player
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience especially in Technology, Data and Product positions at different levels
  • Strength in sourcing candidates while keeping an eye on new channels and trends
  • Well structured, ability to prioritize workload and manage a busy schedule
  • Comfortable with owning the relationship with hiring teams; advising, influencing , challenging with solution oriented approach when needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • English language skills at a business level, any other language is a big plus
  • Willingness to work hard
