Job summary

Saipem is seeking a System Completion Coordinator to join one of our projects. The role focuses on coordinating plant process and utility completions, handing over to commissioning, and interfacing with heads of departments, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities include safety, quality assurance, progress control, and managing punch lists and completion dossiers. Onshore/offshore project exposure with a strong emphasis on cross-discipline collaboration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GOCOMPLETION system is a plus.
• Past experience as System Completion Coordinator/Handover Manager/Coordinator (preferably in Saipem projects)
• Knowledge of Punch List Process, Handover Dossier Preparation
• Knowledge of Discipline Quality Control Plan and different System Completion Tools (GoCompletion preferred)
• Coordination and interface with multiple discipline departments and company representatives
• English language skills required (and any other project-specified requirements)

• Gather and manage completion punch lists (yes and no items).
• Prepare certificates dossiers needed to achieve mechanical completion per contract provisions.

Mission

• Coordinate the achievement of the plant process and utilities systems completion as defined in the project plans and schedules, in order to hand-over the systems to commissioning Team, coordinating all construction disciplines according to the established time frame and priorities and interfacing with Heads of Departments, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Clients.

Tasks

• Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
• Ensure the fulfillment of the project quality and contractual requirements
• Set up proper tools to control the progressive completion of construction and pre-commissioning activities
• Guide and monitor the field activities in an orderly manner according to commissioning priorities
• Plan walkthroughs with Client and disciplines involved, in accordance with systems completion priorities, in order to determine the required actions to be completed to achieve the mechanical completion
• Steer coordination meetings in a perspective of an overall optimization, in terms of system completion or alternative solutions to mitigate the inconveniences that might occur
• Ensure the gathering and management of completion punch lists, including both yes and no items.
• Ensure the preparation of the certificates dossiers required to achieve the mechanical completion, in accordance with contractual provisions

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of GOCOMPLETION system is a plus
• Past experience as System Completion Coordinator / Handover Manager/Coordinator (preferred with past experience in Saipem Projects)
• Knowledge of Punch List Process, Handover Dossier Preparation
• Knowledge of Discipline Quality Control Plan and different System Completion Tools (GoCompletion preferred)
• Coordination and interface with multiple discipline department as well as Company representatives
• English Language skills required (and any other specified by Project)

Additional Information about the job:

• Status: Single Status
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Duration: 3 months onshore (could be extended) / 9 months offshore (subject to extension according to Company needs)
• Rotation: Whilst in onshore: Global mobility applied. 69 days of vacation per year and 6 flights per year. Whilst in offshore: Rotational scheme applied 35/35
