For our customer who provides innovative payment solutions in fintech industry, we are looking for a SW Test Architect / Manager!

Job Description

Our customer develops end-to-end payment platform from payment terminal to back-end servers. They provide innovative payment solutions involving very modern technology and design for needs of banks, fin-techs and retailers. They are expert on solutions for cashless payment transactions that the banking/financial sector needs, such as contactless & contact credit cards and payment terminals. The line-up of products covers all solutions from hardware to software, including operating system of a terminal, EMV schemes, banking / payment applications, security / cryptography and back-end servers for payment platform.

As a SW Test Architect / Manager, you will lead the charge in designing and executing scalable, efficient, and sustainable test strategies across the entire payment platform stack.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and evolving the software test architecture to support complex, modular platforms
  • Leading and mentoring a team of test engineers to deliver high-quality, automated test coverage
  • Driving continuous integration and test automation strategy
  • Working closely with development to ensure high product quality from concept to deployment
  • Ensuring testing practices and tools evolve with the state of the art in embedded systems and back-end technologies
  • Evangelizing a quality-first culture across all engineering teams
Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with at least 1 year in a leadership or architecture role
  • Proven experience in building or scaling test frameworks for complex systems (embedded and/or backend)
  • Strong knowledge of test strategies, coverage models, and integration with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in test automation tools (e.g. Pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Familiarity with standards and certification requirements in the fintech/payments domain is a big plus (e.g., EMVCo, PCI, ISO8583)
  • Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills
  • A team player mindset with the ability to influence across teams and roles
