A leading global automaker is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee supplier performance in mass production and during launch phases. Supplier Quality Engineer

In order to strengthen their team, Stellantis Turkey is looking for high potential talented, open‑minded, energetic Supplier Quality Engineer with following qualifications.

Purpose : Within the framework of missions and goals of the Supplier Quality Development Department, the SQE is responsible for the supplier industrial performance in mass production and supplier readiness during launch phases. The SQE is STELLANTIS representative for suppliers plants.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Metallurgical , Mechanical and industrial engineering.
• Minimum experience of 3-4 years in automotive industry (ideally: Project Quality, Process Quality Supplier Quality, Method & Process)
• Knowledge of Quality standards and automotive core tools,
• Knowledge of industrialization processes, project management, product design engineering/APQP-PPAP, PFMEA, R@R capacity analysis.
• Knowledge of operational logistics,
• Knowledge of purchasing and supplier relationship
• Leadership capacities, results orientation, Autonomy and Perseverance,
• Good level in English.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide SQD plant assessment on new suppliers plant according to NSA (New Supplier Assessment)
• Provide to CQC, supplier plant industrial performance for current suppliers
• Manage the industrialization of parts during development phase and ensure the consistency of suppliers requested deliverables during development phase.
• Accountable for Supplier readiness at launch
• Manage the greenfield (new supplier plant)
• Contribute to Qualification of Product and Process for parts or suppliers flagged with high risks see project RASI.
• Measure the production capacity installed by suppliers according to data given by project buyer
• Ensure the industrial performances of suppliers’ sites and manage continuous improvement in mass production
• Check that lessons learned and risks are taken into account by CQC
